Welcome to the MAX Unko Kawaii World!

Total number of visitors exceeded 1.6M! The Unko Museum is a “poop-entertainment” museum that offers an unprecedented experience that overturns your stereotypes through the theme of poop. Inside the museum, there is a poop volcano where tiny poop pops out from a giant object and a photogenic space lined with cute and sparkling poops. There is also a “shitty game” space where guests can enjoy poop games. You can find 12 unique poop animals too! Enjoy the MAX poop kawaii world.

Are same-day tickets available?

Same-day ticket sales are available at the Unko Museum reception desk, but admission restrictions (suspension of same-day ticket sales) may be imposed depending on how crowded the event is on the day. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance from various play guides. Please check the official X of the Poop Museum for the status of same-day ticket sales.

Is there an age requirement?

There is no age limit for admission. ・Preschool children (4-6 years old) under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of junior high school age or older to enter the venue. Please be advised that you may be asked to show your student ID card for the junior high and high school student price.

Do I have to wait to enter the museum?

Visitors enter on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, you may have to wait to enter the museum. We recommend arriving early. You can enter the museum at any time within the designated hours on your ticket.

Can I cancel a ticket or change the date of a ticket?

For this event, all sales are final and tickets can’t be refunded, changed or modified. Lost tickets will not be reissued

Are there any situations where I won't be able to enter the museum even if I have a ticket?

Visitors with a ticket will be able to enter the museum within the designated hours. You may have to wait to enter the museum so please come early. We may distribute numbered tickets if there are many visitors.

I can't make it on time for the time indicated on my ticket, what should I do?

In general, we do not accept changes or cancellations of tickets. However, if you encounter unavoidable circumstances that cause you to miss the entrance time specified on your ticket, we will accommodate you at another time on the same day. Please speak with our staff for assistance.

Please be aware that you might experience a wait before entering the venue. Additionally, entry will not be permitted before the time indicated on your ticket.

Can I enter the merchandise corner even if I have not purchased a ticket?

Yes, you can enter the "Poop Factory" merchandise corner of the Poop Museum even if you have not purchased a ticket.

Is there a discount for people with a disability?

At the moment, we do not provide disability discounts at DiverCity Tokyo Plaza.
